One of today's hottest car companies is taking it to the waters with this unique collaboration. Lost Surfboard's and world-renowned shaper Matt "Mayhem" Biolos have teamed up with Tesla to create a surfboard as beautiful and efficient as the vehicles created by Elon. Made from the same matte and gloss finishes that are used on Tesla's cars, the deck is then finished and reinforced by a light-weight "Black Dart" carbon fiber. The board can fit comfortably in Model S, Model X and the Model 3 and is limited to only 200 units. For the surfer looking for a one of a kind piece.....and they're already SOLD OUT!
CeramicSpeed - A Chainless Bicycle Design
The 2018 Eurobike Expo has just wrapped up and there were a handful of super exciting concepts unveiled. One of our favorites was from CeramicSpeed with their introduction of a chainless bike that utilizes a drivechain concept often seen in motorcycles, but to date never integrated into bicycles. The CeramicSpeed 'Drive' system is still in the prototype phase but early models are extremely promising and may give way to a new genre of biking. CeramicSpeed has dubbed their innovation the world's most efficient drivetrain and the judges at the Eurobike convention agreed, naming them winner of this year's Best in Show award. We'll keep a watch on this company and be sure to post any updates to this exciting advancement in riding tech.
